We monitor how we're doing by maintaining a close relationship with our customers during and after their tests. Recently we commissioned an independent market research firm to investigate what we have heard first-hand from our clients. (We wanted to be certain they weren't just being polite.) Regulatory Standards
DDL provides clients with authoritative testing and results to ensure that packaging, products, materials and dangerous goods meet all definitive professional standards set by ASTM International, a not-for-profit organization that provides a global forum for the development and publication of voluntary consensus standards for materials, products, systems, and services, and ISO, the International Organization for Standardization.
